My father brought a set of four Winslow Homer prints into my parents' marriage, and this was one of them, so I've seen it all my life. And since it's a Florida image painted in Florida, part of Homer's "Key West Series" (his last works), we're including it here.

Winslow Homer was one of the most accomplished America painters of the nineteenth century. This watercolor was painted in December of 1903 using watercolor over graphite on woven paper. The original hangs in the National Gallery of Art in Washington, DC.

The construction of this print on canvas includes responsibly sourced wood stretcher bars, and comes with hanging hardware included for easy hanging. The canvas is a blend of cotton and polyester with a weight of approximately 300-350gsm/110-130lb cover and a thickness of 350-400 microns, giving you a sturdy and durable product.

Dimensions: 8”w x 12”h or 12”w x 18”h

Homer's original watercolor is 14" × 21-13/16"
